Uses: Acetamiprid is a type of insecticide that belongs to the neonicotinoid class. It is used to control a wide range of pests, including aphids, thrips, whiteflies, leafhoppers, vegetable-moth, thistle, and aphids on vegetables, as well as thistle, peach fruit moth, and powdery scale on fruit trees, and tealeaf hoppers and leek leaf miners. It is effective in agricultural and horticultural crops. Acetamiprid works by targeting the nervous system of insects, causing paralysis and ultimately death. It has a low toxicity to mammals and is considered to be a safer alternative to older insecticides, it has good intassusception activity.
