Mode of action |
Oxadimefon is a selective contact herbicide. In the process of chlorophyll biosynthesis under the condition of light, it can inhibit the accumulation of toxic intermediates by inhibiting protoporphyrinogen oxidase, thus destroying the cell membrane of weeds and rapidly drying and dying leaves. Oxadiazuron was absorbed by plant leaves within 15 minutes after spraying, and it was not affected by rain. The weeds appeared poisoning symptoms 3-4 hours later and died in 2-4 days. |
